Heroic Ascent
The First Mountaineer couple.
The First Mountaineer couple of Pakistan got stars in Marathons. They ran 42kms New York City Marathon as a couple in the first week of November.
Ahmed Uzair who ran Berlin Marathon last month says Running the New York marathon was an unforgettable experience for Anum and me. Though our start time was later, we arrived early, which meant a few hours of waiting—allowing us to soak in the anticipation and energy of the crowd around us. Once we set off, the support from spectators was nothing short of incredible; their cheers kept our spirits high as we tackled the marathon’s many bridges, each one a unique challenge with stunning views of the city. It was an inspiring journey, with every mile reminding us of the resilience it takes to cross both literal and metaphorical bridges.
